What To Expect!

Unleash your genetic potential! A 70 gene test that helps to guide your choices based on YOUR personalized, genetic results. Additional options include Sports, Fertility & Plant-based. Learn about how your genetics affect YOUR nutrient metabolism, food intolerances, cardiometabolic health, physical activity results and weight management! We offer the following 70-gene tests: Nutrigenomix® Health & Wellness test (Health) Nutrigenomix® Sport & Performance test (Sport) Nutrigenomix® Fertility test (Fertility) Nutrigenomix® Plant-Based test (Plant-Based; which is vegan-friendly). Cost - $500 which includes kit, 10 minute sample collection video consult, PDF copy of results and full consultation of results with a Registered Dietitian. We offer the following additional genetic testing services (please let us know when booking initially): - Hormone Metabolism & Methylation panel - $50: Can be added to any 70-gene test. The panel analyzes genes encoding enzymes involved in the production of androgens and estrogens, estrogen metabolism and elimination, and DNA methylation. - Skin test - $100: Can be added to any 70-gene test. Helps determine how genes can influence the skin’s ability to combat signs of aging, as well as markers that affect eating habits and how the body metabolizes nutrients that support skin health. A saliva sample (no needles!) is required for the first, quick 10-minute appointment. Then it is sent to an analysis lab. This sample kit can also be sent directly to you if you prefer to do it at home. The second appointment of a 60-minute consultation will be booked when results and the final report are received from the lab results. Online / Zoom option available.
